The Department is please to announce that Dr. Davy Cheng, Department Chair and Chief, is the First Anesthesiologist Elected and Inducted into the Fellowship of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences.

The Department introduced a state of the art Human Resources/Scheduling program called Anesthesia & Peri-operative Medicine Scheduling System (APMSS). This tool integrates work schedules for 300+ professionals and support staff spread over three hospitals in London. Anesthesiologists can now check their schedules over the web from anywhere in the world, including their daily assignments, call schedules, vacation leave etc.
